WATERLINE is a visual and poetic statement about the place where water meets land, a place that holds the promise of transformation from on element to element.
Printed by Owen in three colors on Arches Cover, the pages measure 8 1/2 inches by 8 1/2 inches. There are 18 relief etchings, including 6 which are hand colored. In addition there are 6 text pages using Zaph Chancery, and printed intaglio from photo-etched plates. WATERLINE is encased in a one quarter leather box of marbled calfskin and elephant hide paper, which is gold tooled and stamped.
